When you send a referral to Crestmont, we will offer you the following

Referral Fee

When your client signs a property management agreement with us & we place a tenant in the property, you will receive a $500 referral fee. 

Client Guarantee

An executed Referral Fee Agreement (C.A.R. Form RFA) stating that Crestmont will refer your client(s) back to you when they decide to sell.

Referral Fee Details

A $500 referral fee paid directly to the brokerage upon the completion of the following for each referral:

  • Agent W-9 on file with Crestmont Realty
  • Fully executed Referral Fee Agreement (RFA)
  • Fully executed Property Management Agreement (PMA) between Crestmont Property Management, Inc. and the agent's client(s)
  • Fully executed Residential Lease Agreement (RLA) and tenant placed.
The client must be a new client to Crestmont Property Management, Inc. The referral fee will be paid out 30 days after the fully executed RLA. This Crestmont referral program is subject to change.
