The turnaround time for the referral fee will vary since it is based on the signing of a lease. After an executed lease, all referral fees are paid within 30 days.
If the client you referred us is contemplating selling their investment property, we will immediately refer them back to you per the terms of the C.A.R. RFA.
Once the PMA is fully executed, you will receive an email from a team member at Crestmont notifying you of the fully executed PMA. You will receive another email from Crestmont when a lease on your referred property is fully executed. This day will also start the time for the 30 day referral payment.
